Our Employees

As one of our most valuable assets, our employees are hand picked based on many of the same traits fire departments look for when hiring new firefighters.

We start by looking for good, honest people who are willing to work hard and take pride in every job they're given.

Next, we look at their past education, training and work experiences and ask that they set short and long term  training, educational and certification goals. We believe Certification, along with the training & education necessary to obtain it, is a key component in demonstrating to our customers our commitment and dedication to their needs.

Then we look to see what each employee brings to our team and ultimately our customers. We have employees that can TIG & MIG weld, perform major engine repairs, diagnose electrical and electronic problems, troubleshoot pumping issues and many other skills. We also have employees that have extensive experience working on well known brand name equipment such as Caterpillar & Navistar.

Our employees know the importance of what our customers do and strive to provide them with the highest level of professionalism and customer service possible.
